Billow

Terms of service

The short version of what you can expect from Billow, and what we expect from you.

Last updated April 18, 2026

Billow is operated by Sinnoor C, based in India. These terms cover your use of Billow — the mobile app and this website. By using Billow, you agree to them. They're written in plain language because legalese hides more than it clarifies.

Using Billow

Billow is a tool for tracking subscriptions you already have. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for any decisions you make based on what Billow shows you.

Don't abuse the service — no reverse engineering, no scraping, no using it to break the law, no pretending the app is someone else's work. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.

Billing

Billow Premium is sold through the Apple App Store. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Apple's terms. We don't see your card number and we can't process refunds directly — Apple handles that.

Your content

Your subscription list, notes, and uploads belong to you. By using the app you grant us the permission necessary to operate the service on your behalf — for example, to sync your data between your devices or to process a statement photo to extract subscriptions.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. If we do, we'll note the change at the top of this page and, for material updates, notify you in-app.

Liability

Billow is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it accurate and reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be bug-free, always available, or right about every detection. You agree not to hold us liable for any indirect or consequential losses.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of India.
